There is a possibility that you worship a Christ..... but, be careful..... make sure it is Jesus Christ.
I can only encourage you to make the choice in giving up your life and hand it over to Jesus. He is the only way to Heaven. He is the only way to be reconciled w/ God. Before Jesus, the penalty for sin was death. But now, His grace is greater than all the sin that we commit. That grace will last until the day of Judgement.
Through Jesus, we can receive salvation and live through Him as He lives through us.
We are like a person w/ a truck and trailer traveling throughout life. We pick up many bad habits; smokes, drinks, magazines, music, etc. All that gets piled into the truck or tucked in the trailer somewhere. All this stuff has influenced our lives. We live by them because that is what we have conditioned ourselves to and love and need them.
We travel the road... sometimes even turning around and going back down the same road. It is how we live, according to our desires and interests. But we are doing so w/out consideration to a set of rules set out for us.
Giving up your life, is like giving up the drivers seat. You gotta move over to the passenger's seat and learn for a bit. But, before that you gotta get off of that road you're on. The road ahead is no good, neither is the road behind- been there, done that.
in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:6
'Behold, I send My messenger before Your face, who will prepare Your way before You,' Matthew 11:10
Once you get set on the right path, you gotta lot of house cleaning to do. Gotta completely gut all you smoke, drink, read, listen to and watch. If it is wrong with God, you gotta get rid of it.
At that point, you've accepted Jesus to be your personal Savior. You will be born-again. You might be asking yourself... how do I be a Christian? Well you're not gonna know..... how much did you know when you were born into this world??? Nope...nadda, nuttin!
"When the Counselor comes, whom I will send to you from the Father.... John 15:26. The Holy Spirit will be your guide and teach you things. Of which will catch you off guard- knowing that your are being taught by God Himself. You will judge w/ His righteousness, instead of your righteousness. You will learn to "listen" to the Holy Spirits promptings. Especially when you are tempted to go "backslide" into your old way of living- He's gonna tap you on your shoulder (not literally- but who knows how He is going to work in your life- it could be different for you than it was for me) and say.... thats not right.

God say if anyone sues you, let them sue you.
God says to give your other cheek if you are slapped.
God says, that He will judge all things and will be judge according to their deeds.
God says to love you neighbor.
God says to be a good steward of all that He has given you.
God has had mercy, forgiveness, grace to you....... so you can share His love that He so loved you with.
God also says to fight the good fight of faith- which means to share the gospel w/ people in order to win them.
God says to become like them so He may win some.
God says that He will turn them over to their own desires, so let them be!
God says, depart from your wicked ways.
God says to give your other cheek if you are slapped.

Peter, the disciple, walking on water
Sometimes its as if I am walking on water, until I give into my flesh; at that point I begin to sink due to the signs around me.
Where is my genuine trust in You Lord? Thank You for calling my name, because You opened my ears so I could hear Your voice.

The Gospel of Jesus
Imagine a group of people anticipating the arrival of a fuel source, essentially to save the village of Nome of much hardship.
The long awaiting of a savior, to provide a blessing to the humble and weak. There is much resistance, but even the ice isn't enough to stop the ice breaker.
Without the help of the ice breaker, it wouldn't be possible for the fuel barge to navigate the crusted ocean surface that froze thicker and thicker as time passed by.
Is your heart as impenetrable as the ice? Is your heart hardened so, that it resists anything that is a blessing?
What you need is an Ice Breaker, He is available if you are willing to receive Him. He wants to give you life...
"For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."- Matthew 11:30.
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."- Matthew11:28

Utilizing and adhering to a campaign- the Gospel of Jesus Christ
How much do I rely on my money clip to help me out?
I use it EVERYDAY! I depend on it knowing that it will not fail me. I depend on it for what it is meant to be used for. It holds my ID, debit card and money. I take it everywhere I go... or try to. Without it, I get a feeling of something is just not right... being restricted in doing any type of purchasing.
The same goes for a councilor, lawyer, boss... these are people that some cannot live w/out. People depend on these people and use them as a resource to seek advice and guidance.
How about each other? We depend on each other... we seek a relationship so we can share our lives w/ each other.
Relationships, dependance, guidance.
How much time do we invest in the things we need and use?
How much time do I spend on the treadmill?
As I go through life, I find myself learning what is important to me. And the thing that I need most... is my Savior. He is my Provider, my Strengthener, my Restorer, my Teacher- and only through Him, will I put my dependance in.
The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want.
I shall not want the things of this world to rule my life. Especially worldly wisdom. God desires for us to live a certain way- w/out sin... but that is never going to happen. But, as we are conformed into His image, we can be set free from the bondage we set ourselves into... learning how to avoid wrong doings by practicing to abide to the Holy Spirit who convicts the world of its sin.
Its not always easy to remain in the presence of the Lord. It takes dedication and persistence, you have to push yourself at times when He isn't. Yes, it is easy to worship God when you are on the peaks... it is easy to worship God when you are in the valleys... but how often to we worship God when we are in the plains? He gives us opportunities to learn how to seek Him when He 'lets go of us'. He gives us an opportunity to allow us to teach ourselves how to become independent, how to utilize liberty in our lives- to live a life of free-will... thats why God did not make us robots.
So, currently, I am in a plain or plateau. Where is my worship... where is my prayer... where is my dependence upon my Provider, my Strengthener, my Restorer, my Teacher?
He doesn't want religious acts of just going to Church every Sunday, conducting rituals of sacrifice or declaring our sins... or what ever may happen week in/week out.
He wants a relationship w/ you. He wants to be utilized as much as I use my money clip! He wants you to depend on Him. He wants to provide you guidance. He wants to Provide to you. He wants to Strengthen you. He wants to Restore you. He wants to teach you. Yes, you can find all of this one day a week in Church... but how about the other 85% of the time? Do you find yourself worshipping other idols; I.E. - facebook, smart phone, television, X-Box, etc.? Do you 'waste' your time on such idols as I have? Imagine there is a relationship that you are missing out on, an opportunity to know that there is a Life available to live... and it is available to everyone who denies their self-righteousness, so they can seek it.
I only share because I've been there. I only share because... He shared w/ me how I have been living. I only share because... He shared w/ me first.
